Courier services - Additional terms

  1. For preparation of a personal tariff plan for a particular corporate customer – call free of charge the main office of Econt Express at 0.8001.8001.
  2. Deliveries for periods different from those indicated in the Tariff can be performed only after preliminary agreement.
  3. 3. In the international service of Econt Saturdays and Sundays are considered weekend. If you would like delivery or sending a shipment in the UK on Saturday, please contact us on 0879 198674 to confirm the possibility. In this case the price is negotiated.
  4. Cash on delivery:
    • At present we can not offer Cash On Delivery service to our customers.
  5. Purchasing online from the UK
    • You can fill out a purchase order online HERE.
    • In case of order for purchasing by Courier, Customer will pay in advance the price of the goods being purchased, undertaking to accept it upon delivery and to pay the sum due for the courier service.
    • In case it is impossible for the order to be fulfilled due to reasons beyond the courier’s reach, the sum paid in advance will be reimbursed to the Customer.
    • Upon buying goods of value exceeding 500 BGN, these will be shipped with the special service Declared Value (0.6%), which equals the real value of the goods.
    • In case the Customer refuses to receive the goods or to pay for the courier service, the courier will have the right to keep the shipment until receiving all due fees.

  6. In the UK the Premium service "Priority delivery" is possible. The price depends on the address and size of the consignment. For more information, please contact us by phone 0879 198 674.
  7. If a shipment stays at the Courier’s office after the seventh working day, the Client will pay a storage fee.
    All transportations will be done according to the General conditions of Econt Express Ltd for performing courier services www.econt.com

  • Deliveries of Econt on 1-st of May

    In connection with the national holiday on May 1, we informed that 30.04 (Monday) and 1.05 (Tuesday) will be non-working days for Econt.

    All consignments accepted on 27.04 (Friday) will be delivered according to the customer’s request – on Saturday, 28.04 when using additional service Priority, or on the first working day after the holidays – 02:05 (Wednesday). This request should be included in the transport contract for forwarding the shipment.

    Received on 28.04 (Saturday) shipments will be delivered on 02:05 (Wednesday)

    What is important for all of us as a society today – the material values or those values, deeply inside us? Values, which in different combination give the reason why people perceive the things around them in different ways and everyone has, because of his individual values, his proper explanation to the case.

    Which are our values in these days, who do we want to be as people, and what the meaning of that is? Are the qualities, which awaken in us real respect, present? How long do you need to think which are they, who are the personalities whom you can specify as an example, but today, nowadays … and can you explain why?

    Econt announces a competition of articles and photos of 10 Personalities of our Time, the qualities of whom could inspire our children to be like them. We are convinced that everything we will talk in this spirit has a public benefit and this gives a real and strong meaning and impetus to do it.
